OpenMonitor Free Beta is provided without charge, so no refund is needed for beta downloads.
Refund window
You may request a refund for an OpenMonitor Pro license within 30 days of purchase by contacting openmonitor@orivibes.com. Include the purchaser email address, order or payment reference, purchase date, and a short reason.
Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, or card network.
License after refund
When a refund or chargeback is approved, the related OpenMonitor Pro license will be deactivated and will no longer unlock paid features. You may continue using OpenMonitor Free Beta where available.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
